Return Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, Your Mama’s Coffee Co. would be happy to help! We offer returns or within 30 days of purchase for untampered, unopened bags. You can request a refund to the original payment method or request a 1:1 exchange by emailing us at EMAIL ADDRESS. We will do our best to make it right!

Please note:

Returned coffee bags must be unopened and must have no visible signs of use. We will not process your refund or exchange if the product has been opened.

Our return and exchange process contains the following steps:

  • Contact us at EMAIL
  • Let us know what the issue is. You can send a picture of the product if you wish. Let us know if you would prefer to be refunded or if you would like an exchange.
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label within 5 -7 days.
  • You will send back the unwanted product. If you requested an exchange, we will replace the product within 2 weeks.
